NestKeeps is operated by Bluegrass Digital Works LLC.

Email support@nestkeeps.com. If the link does not open an email app, copy the address into your email service.

Include your app version, device type and a short description of what happened. Never send your password, verification code or complete journal. Remove private details from screenshots.

Signing in

If you may already have an account, choose Sign in or Reset password. A signup message does not confirm whether an email address already has an account. Check spam, confirm the address you entered and use the newest verification code. A brief Cloudflare security check may appear.

If you still cannot sign in or open the app, email support@nestkeeps.com and describe the problem. Use a subject such as “NestKeeps sign-in help.” Asking for help does not request deletion of your account or journal.

Sharing and offline entries

Entries save on your device. Connect to the internet and open the app to synchronize. You can also use Sync now in Household. Make sure both caregivers have joined the same household. Avoid uninstalling the app while entries are waiting to sync.

Exporting your journal

Open Household → Account and data → Export journal and choose where to save the file. Keep exported files somewhere private.

Deleting your account or household

Open Household → Account and data. Before deleting your account, transfer ownership of every household you own or delete those households. Deleting a household removes its cloud journal for all members. Deleting only your account removes your login and memberships; entries contributed to another owner's household remain in that shared journal. Offline copies, exports and retained backups may remain.

If you want to request deletion but cannot access the app, email support@nestkeeps.com from your registered address with the subject “NestKeeps deletion request.” Use this subject only for deletion requests. State whether you want to delete an account, an owned household or particular personal information. We will verify your identity and authority. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
